MJ Dalsin Roofing & Sheet Metal needed a new building to support the growth of the company, so a 45,000-plus-square-foot facility with nearly 30,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, plus over 15,000 square foot of office space was designed. The building was designed with the future in mind with provisions and capacity dedicated to electric vehicles, forklifts, machining equipment, and rooftop solar.
