Black Tie Components started operation in the spring of 2023, providing integrated design, engineering, and automated manufacturing services for constructing trusses, joists, and wall panels in residential and commercial building systems. Its state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot facility is comprised of nearly 57,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 3,500 square feet of office space. The building was designed with the future in mind, planning for the rearrangement and addition of equipment with in-floor raceways and conduit stub-ups.
